I’ve tried everything from the starters like calamari, bruschetta, and garlic bread to mains like sea bass, seafood linguine, and lamb—and every dish has been on another level. Don’t even get me started on the chocolate fudge cake for dessert... pure heaven. Even though it’s quite far from where I live, I always make the trip because it’s that good. This time, I decided to order a Caesar salad for the first time, wanting to get some vegetables in my meal. I was surprised by the size of the chicken! It was tender and delicious, and the kids loved it too, eating plenty. Since I had a good portion of meat with the salad, I chose a seafood pasta for my main dish. The firm texture of the pasta and the rich sauce paired perfectly, making it an incredibly satisfying dish. At the end, I tried some of the tomato sauce pasta that the kids couldn’t finish, and it was also delicious. Simple pasta dishes really highlight the true essence of great flavors.
